its my birthday!!!

I just turned 21!

I don't really have as much to talk about in this post as i'd like, ive been hard at work behind the scenes on a ton of cool projects that i'm excited for everyone to eventually see! Which is a nice change of pace tbh, I really enjoy being productive. Project wise, what I can say is that i'm helping out with @frosty 's bug collab!

Newgrounds feels like home and I hope you all love the stuff that is to come as much as i love making it! My PASSION for game development that I once thought was gone has full swinged back into my life so now I spend my days in the GODOT mines LOL

Since I don't have much to share I'll just share a more personal tidbit:

A lot of shit has changed for me in my personal life, shit just happens ya'know? I've got a positive mind about it all but its still been a thing to work through and grow from. I bring this up to say, Despite everything, I am incredibly proud of my own growth both as a artist and as a person. I feel like Newgrounds and the wonderful people I've met on here have enabled me to do things i wouldn't have even thought about doing a couple years back, and for that.. im really damn grateful! Crazy to think that my last birthday post was my first proper NG Blog post! Time flys!

I've learned a lot about making stuff from you guys! I've also just learned a lot about life in general. Last year I made my birthday post before the day was really going, I think it was like 3 am or smth, and I ended it with "...hopefully future Emi is hanging out with friends and having a chill af birthday." its cheesy as FUCK but this year I don't really gotta hope because I am surrounded by wonderful people and can trust knowing that the future is happy or whatever.

I'm gonna be spending the day surrounded by lovely people!!

To the person reading this: I hope life treats you well! and happy birthday if its also ur birthday somehow omg twinning?!?!
